Technologic process sequence / grey electrocoating line /
The technological process consists of the following stages:
- Degreasing / in two zones /
- Rinsing
- Activation
- Phosphating
- Rinsing with demineralised water
- Pre- drying
- Ground layer electrocoating
- Ultrafiltrate rinsing
- Rinsing with demineralised water
- Drying
removal by spraying of contamination from the surface of elements to be painted.

covering of the surface of elements with a solution of titanium phosphates.
covering of the surface of elements with layers of zinc nickel and manganese phosphates, which allow for better adhesion of electrocoated paint.
removal of phosphating chemical leftovers.
removal of rinsing water leftovers.
coverage with grey electrocoating paint by dipping method with electric tension applied.
removal of excessive paint from the coated element.
removal of excessive paint from the coated element.
hardening of the electrocoated layer of paint in temperature of 175°C.
We are using chemicals produced by HENKEL to prepare surfaces for painting, and for ground coating we use paints from PPG- Italy.

The technological process consists of the following stages:
- Sealing
- Mastics
- Drying
- Ground layer
- Drying
- Surface painting
- Drying
- Conservation
filling in gaps and covering of the edges of metal with plastic isolating mass.
covering with plastic isolating mass by hydrodynamic spraying of all areas that can be subject to mechanical damage.
pre-structuring of mastics in temperature of 90°C
covering medium layer by pneumatic spraying.
hardening of the ground layer in temperature of 130°C
covering with thermo hardening enamel by pneumatic spraying.
hardening of enamel layer in temperature of 130°C
protection of profiles and hard to access spots with wax substances.
We are using HENKEL chemicals for sealing and mastics, PPG products for grounding and surface enamel, and VALVOLINE wax chemicals for conservation.

Waste treatment plant
We offer services in the area of industrial waste treatment. We own a waste collector and waste can be delivered to us by truck cisterns or in containers.
Demineralised water station
We offer selling demineralised water in industrial quantities and by competitive prices / of conductivity up to 5 µS /
Paint shop laboratory
We wish to add that we can also provide services in the area of examination of mechanical parameters of paint layers, such as:
